First Ever Liberty Walk Porsche

COOLED by CSF

>> By:

Liberty Walk has no qualms about cutting up new, six-figure exotic sport cars to restyle their bodies. Their latest creative remake is their first ever Liberty Walk Porsche, the product of a collaboration among BBI Autosport, CSF Cooling, and Liberty Walk for the 2014 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show to prove that Liberty Walk cars can impress with performance as well as appearance. The Porsche 997 was perfect for the collaboration. BBI builds and tunes some of the fastest, and the 997 is the latest high-end European sports car to get the LW treatment. Add CSF racing for cooling support for a splendid construction.

How the Great White North Does It

Canada’s CSCS Season Finale

>> By:

It’s about time that I finally made it out to check out what a CSCS event is all about. While visiting CSF’s distribution facility in Toronto last week, I was able to attend the final round of the 2014 Canadian Sports Car Championship Series (CSCS). Based out of Ontario, Canada, this series has amassed quite a following from all over the country’s most populated province. The top levels of competition hold their own with drivers also traveling north from New York and Michigan, to compete in the Time Attack, drag racing, and drifting events of CSCS. Also included in this last event was the car show component that brought out quite a crowd to enjoy the perfect fall weather at the Toronto Motorsports Park in Cayuga Falls, Ontario.

Engines of Bimmerfest 2014

Better Late Than Never

>> By:

I just had to do it!! I couldn’t resist not sharing my 1st experience from the West Coast Bimmerfest 2014 held back in May at the Rose Bowl in sunny Pasadena, California. Like a young boy going to his first “dance”, I had no idea what to expect, but when looking back on the event, I was dame sure excited to go!

Porsche 991 Turbo S 2014: Stage 1

Meeting the Driver and Adding Some Style

>> By:

I can’t believe the 1st quarter of 2014 is already over… Just like that we’re now coming up on the California Festival of Speed this weekend. We’ve been getting things all lined up for our title sponsorship role, and to display our full line of Porsche cooling systems, including the world debut of our new 996/997 Turbo radiators.

We’ve been working closely with event organizer Martin Lipp, and he really came through with helping us a CSF lead car for the event. What happened next was a true blessing for CSF.

Irvine Cars and Coffee Meet Up (3/29/14)

CSF Explores The Original Cars and Coffee Meet

>> By:

It had been a long long time since I last attended the Irvine Cars and Coffee meet. I’m the last thing from an early riser morning person so the last time I think that I had attended was when it used to be at the Crystal Court shopping plaza over 5 years ago. Being that the new CSF Porsche 911 Turbo S race car was going to be making it’s debut, I decided to have an early night on Friday in order to be able to wake up and be fresh for my 1st real Cars&Coffee experience.

Illest Slammed Sundays

How Low Can You Go?

>> By:

Slammed, dropped, tucked, poke, stretched, rolled, and bagged…These are all terms of the “low life”, the slammed society culture. I’m fully aware of the scene that is ever so present in today’s tuning scene, but foreign to me being that I’m more of a performance orientated car enthusiast… However, being that I’m currently back in California now, the chance to be able to check out my first Illest Slammed Sundays experience was something that I had to jump on about a week ago during the middle of March.

Formula Drift Tech Day 2014

Cruising the Parking Lot

>> By:

Being back in sunny California instead of the snow covered east coast had me really excited to jump back into the unique So-Cal import car scene, and to check out a car show. We’re a little more than 3 weeks away from the start of the 10th season of Formula Drift, and it just so happens that this past Saturday was Formula Drift Tech Day 2014.

Racing starts in a little more than 3 weeks, and this is a good way for the completed (or almost completed) cars to not only get checked, but get a buzz going around the series… This year the organizers, Source Interlink Media, opened up their headquarters to the event as well as organized a car show in the parking lot of their in house garages.

Lamborghini Newport Beach Supercar Show

Lamborghini Newport Beach Supercar Show

An Inside Look with CSF

>> By:

The beginning of the year is a great time for a fresh start and new experiences. CSF takes that motto to heart, and on the first Saturday of 2014, we attended the Lamborghini Newport Beach Supercar show in our own backyard.

I’ve been fortunate enough to live in Newport Beach since I was 13 years old, so seeing exotic cars is not something that I’m not used to. However, seeing so many of them in the same place as well as some ultra exotics that rarely come out of the garage was a huge treat. It was pretty hard to not drool all over these $250,000+ supercars.

SEMA Exhibitor Tips

SEMA Exhibitor Tips

Setting up for SEMA

>> By:

Oh boy! SEMA show 2013 is in the books! All though I’m still exhausted two weeks later, it was all well worth the energy, time, and resources that went in to making this year’s show a success for our Racing & High Performance Division.

Being that it was my fourth year exhibiting, I really wanted to bring something COOLER and take it to the next level in terms of quality level in regards to our display, featured & booth vehicles, and overall brand representation of CSF. We had awesome booth placement this year, pegged between Lexus, Seibon, and H&R Springs right next to one of the main show entrances, and I wanted to seize the opportunity.

If you’re a start-up trying to figure out the costs of becoming an exhibitor, these SEMA exhibitor tips should come in handy for you!

Careless About Cooling

The High Performance industry oversight

>> By:

What a long month it has been this November with the SEMA show taking place a couple of weeks ago, the traveling back-and-forth across N. America, the follow-up from the convention, and continuous projects for private labeling and new model development continuing to take up the time of the CSF staff. Read more…
