More and more fabricators and vehicle builders are opting to add horsepower through liquid-to-air intercoolers (charge coolers). Upgrading from the common and traditional air-to-air front mount intercooler system. In a liquid-to-air intercooler system, the air is cooled by a liquid, typically water. These systems require a supplemental heat exchanger (i.e. radiator) to cool the liquid running through the intercooler. These types of heat exchangers are usually front mounted and/or accessible to fresh-air-flow.

Marc’s “Street Legal” Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo

It’s been a good year since attending a car event in California and decided to head to the CSF Players show, I was living out of state and hadn’t seen my friend Marc(@pterodactyltactics)in a while, nor had I seen his newest build. When I showed up to the event, I immediately went straight to his car and could not believe my eyes; the build was PERFECT. The Grigio Telesto paint that Marc seems to have on all of his vehicles, the brushed wheels, the bright brakes. You could instantly tell this was one of Marc’s builds, and you once you laid eyes on it you couldn’t stop looking.
Bisimoto is a name that needs no introduction when it comes to the Honda scene. For a few years he has branched out and left his personal mark on a few Porsches that managed to make heads turn and spin at SEMA, but he has returned to his roots with this latest build, the Wago-van.
Counting sheep to fall asleep is a method that seems to be as old as time. But, when you see what Sheepey Built did with the EVO, we’ll be Luke Skywalkin’ on these haters, so don’t sleep, you gotta stay UP! Read more…
What a year!! I’m talking about 2015, the one we just zoomed right through (literally). Last January I made a dream come true by purchasing my very own Porsche 996 Turbo. It’s been an eventful first year of ownership with the car. I drove it about 4,500 miles, and it became CSF’s demo vehicle showcasing our 3-piece all-aluminum radiator cooling systems for the water-cooled Porsches. I took it to a lot of the local So-Cal meets and events, did a few photo-shoots with it, and enjoyed every minute of my time behind the wheel! This is the story of how it all came together + some pics and the specs of the car.
