This new and improved version of The Ultimate K-Swap Radiator (CSF #2850K) now comes with provisions to mount our optional 12-inch SPAL & fan shroud kit (#2858F/#2858FB) on the driver side. Included with this new 2-row 42mm thick radiator is a core that utilizes CSF’s exclusive B-Tube technology is a kit that contains: adjustable AN-16 male fittings or OEM style 1.25 inch slip-on connections. This adjustable inlet/outlet design has been adopted from our tuck radiator line that is exclusive to, and now makes the CSF v3 K-swap radiator better than ever, and perfect for high-end set-ups who want to run AN lines right out of the box.

Design & Details

Both top and bottom inlet/outlet can be adjusted to run either -16 male or slip-on hose connections.

Also designed into the new V3 K-Swap radiator is a 3-way adjustable breather pipe to allow the overflow pipe to come out from either the left, right, or straight out to work with any overflow bottle set-up and location.

The updated filler neck design allows the breather pipe of any set-up to be cleanly installed on to the filler neck no matter the direction. Next to it is the CNC machined mounting boss and elevated mounting pin that can be used in center section radiator mounting set-ups like in EG Civics. Use one of the other smaller mounting provisions for EK set-ups.

The new V3 K-swap radiator from CSF comes complete with side mounting points as well as a billet center mounting point for all EG & EK chassis. This radiator can be mounted anywhere you would like using the adjustable mounting pins and plug system for the top tank, all while still maintaining the cleanest looking radiator in the industry. To top it off, the temperature sensor port used in some OEM K-engine set-ups is still located next to the bottom outlet mounting bung so it’s a true-plug and play system for your K-swap!

This unit fits all 92-00 Honda Civic chassis, 94-01 Acura Integra, and other K-Swap set-ups.

    Hi Kurtis,
That is a tough question to answer without knowing your exact setup. It will depend on the size of your turbo, the style of turbo manifold, etc. The radiator is designed to bolt into the stock location. The core is 42mm thick so you would have to do some measurements to make sure you have space for it. However, we have seen it used on other K20/K24 Turbo setups. Turbo systems just vary so much in size that we can’t give a blanket statement of saying it will or won’t fit.

    Hi Augustine,
Thank you for your patience on the reply. The radiator is designed to work with the original hoses from the K24 or K20 (or aftermarket hoses designed for the K24/K20 donor car). You can also use something like the Gates Universal Flex hoses.

I just installed the radiator and the lower part of the radiator lines up straight with a hybrid racing swivel thermostat. There is no radiator hose that fits the lower inlet of the radiator. I would like to see how y’all fit a lower radiator hose. This radiator does not fit my eg with a k24 as stated.

I’d go with a dayco flex hose if anyones still looking for a solution they look really nice too imo. I went with an rdx thermostat housing which bolts ontop of the k24a2 oem back housing. The rdx one is the only oem solution i know that goes that deep about a 5 o clock drop. If you’re using a swivel then you’re all good. If you’re using an rsx style then you can go for a slightly longer hose. I took some really tight numbers for what I needed and got between 10-11 inches for my thermostat. Found a dayco flexible 11″ hose and its tight but its a angled drop and its pretty sweet.

Interested in the K-swap CFS radiator and fan for my 1996 Ek hatchback. I currently have a half size radiator and it’s not cutting it at the track when it comes to cooling. I am having trouble finding a link to purchase this. Please let me know how to do so. Thank you.

Hi Tou, with a K-Swap the clearances between the motor and the radiator are too tight to fit a dual fan setup.

I need to know what radiator hose kit I have to use with the radiator CSF Ultimate K-Swap Full-Size Radiator w / Optional Shroud & 12 “SPAL Fan # 2850K

If I am going to use OEM style 1.25″ slip-on connections, what kit do I have to buy to use it with this radiator?

(example KTUNED k20 to EG radiator hose kit, SKUNK2 K20Z house kit, etc)
