FK8 Civic Type R TC and TCR
Honda Performance Development (HPD) turned to CSF to develop the FK8 Civic Type R TC and TCR cooling system. These factory race cars were pushing roughly 340 horsepower, with aero, exhaust, a limited-slip differential, manual transmission, brakes, and seats being a short list of parts that had been upgraded. They participated in race series like TC America and the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge.
These CTRs featured CSF's high-performance core with innovative B-tube technology and multi-louvered fins, as well as a reverse-flow orientation design for lower outlet temperatures (necessary with the car's intercooler placement in front of the lower portion of the radiator). The standard CTR did not come equipped with an external engine oil cooler from the factory. During heavy track use, HPD recorded oil temperatures skyrocketed causing the car to ECU to cut power and go into "limp mode". To resolve this, CSF supplied a pair of heavy-duty dual-pass oil coolers, which were mounted beneath the headlights along with HPD's mesh insert to increase airflow.
SSC Tuatara
The SSC Tuatara is a mid-engine hypercar produced by SSC North America (formerly Shelby SuperCars). Designed by ex-Pininfarina designer Jason Castriota, the Tuatara looks every bit the supercar killer it was designed to be. Featuring a 5.9L Twin-Turbo V8 built by Nelson Racing Engines, the car produces 1750 HP and boasts a 0-60 time of 2.5 seconds with a top speed of nearly 300 mph (483 km/h).
SCC began production in 2020 but had serious heat management issues with their initial units. They reached out to CSF for consultation on how to resolve these issues. CSF was able to work closely with their team and offer new intercooler cores with proper specifications and performance for the Tuatara.
Colton ShelbyWe have taken our car out multiple times in 100+ degree heat and absolutely beat on the car, then came to a stop and let it heat soak again and again, and the car hasn't even come close to overheating… That's very impressive for cooling 1750 horsepower at those ambient temperatures… We couldn't be happier with our cooling system, and we are proud to have you guys as our supplier!

KALMAR 9x9
The 9x9 by Kalmar Automotive is a retro hypercar inspired by one of the greatest cars the world has ever seen the Porsche 959. The 9x9 was built on an enhanced 993 chassis to make worldwide homologation more streamlined and are powered by 992 911 engines. The TurboMA1 model utilizes either a 3.8L 992 Turbo S motor tuned for 930 HP or a 3.0L 992 GTS motor unted for 650 HP. Both engine options untilize a custom billet intercooler based off the design of the CSF #8188.
Powersports Private Label Products
Powersports, and specifically UTVs, are a rapidly growing segment in the off-road world. Honda, Can-Am, Polaris, and many other companies are offering these multi passenger off-road vehicles. CSF has already produced some private label high-performance radiators for this market segment as well as supplying cores for intercoolers.

Technology Cooling Private Label Products
Data Center / Computer Server Coolers
As technology advances, there will always be a need for cooling. Power generates heat and computers and servers can get pretty hot. With the demand for performance rising continually, it's no wonder companies have started looking for more efficient cooling methods. CSF is excited about this market and have already developed several innovative designs for Data Centers, Servers, and Computer cooling.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Data Centers face unique heat management challenges due to the massive power consumption. Exponentially increasing demand on AI models is making these data centers some of the largest power consumers in the world. With power consumption comes the need for heat management. Effective cooling systems are crucial for maintaining optimal performance, preventing hardware failures, and ensuring operational efficiency. CSF is at the forefront of cooling technology working on new industrial grade solutions to meet the demands of this growing industry.

Electric Vehicle Cooling & Emerging Technologies
CSF has been working with conversion companies and race teams on a lot of EV cooling products. Several customers use custom setups with existing cooling products. However, CSF has already produced a several private label coolers for electric vehicles and see EVs as a big part of the future. If your company is looking for cooling solutions for any type of EV project, CSF would love to share our experience and expertise.
