CSF has over 5 decades of experience manufacturing radiators. So when it comes to keeping your engine cool and your GR Corolla/Yaris running at its best, a CSF High-Performance All-Aluminum Radiator is the obvious choice. Designed to perform on the street or at the track, a performance radiator is a must-have for both high horsepower builds as well as race vehicles which need added cooling performance in motorsports environments. This radiator features a 2-Row core with CSF's exclusive B-Tube Technology: Unlike a regular oval shape "O" type radiator tube, CSF uses a specially engineered tube in the shape of a "B". These "B-tubes" are carefully formed and then brazed over the seam to seal. CSF is able to use thinner and lighter aluminum material (with better cooling efficiency) because this design is actually stronger than normal "O" shape tubes that are welded. The design (inlet in the middle of the tube that is seam brazed) increases the heat transfer surface area of the tubes by approximately 15% over regular tubes - producing the efficiency of two smaller tubes vs. one large tube within the same space criteria. With "B-tubes" you are able to get "dual liquid laminar flow". CSF also uses ultra efficient multi louvered fins that are carefully and precisely aligned to maximize airflow through each radiator core. Fin specifications are carefully measured and calculated for each application, and tested for maximum heat rejection efficiency in our wind-tunnel lab.
The CSF GR Corolla/Yaris radiator is a true "Drop-in fit" design requiring no modifications to install. OE style brackets are all CNC machined and welded for the best durability possible. Inlet/Outlet connections are designed to match the OE connections so you can reuse OEM hoses or aftermarket. Design & Engineering
CSF is well known for making the best Toyota cooling systems in the world. With years of feedback from Customers, Race Teams, and Development Partners, CSF has more experience with Toyota cooling systems than any other company in the world.
With more and more people pushing the limits of the GR Corolla / GR Yaris, the factory radiator has started showing its limitations. Bigger turbos cranking out more power create a lot more heat that needs to be dissipated. Furthermore, the intercooler is mounted directly in front of the radiator, so all the heat shed by that system runs through it. In racing applications this can be detrimental to engine coolant temperatures and risk sending your GR Corolla / GR Yaris into limp mode.
CSF vs OEM
The original OE radiator from Toyota is a plastic tank with a single row aluminum core design. While this is generally accepted as good quality and durable, there is always room for improvement. The 5mm fins on the OE radiator made the system fairly efficient for a factory unit. The core itself is one of the biggest limiting factors at only 27mm thick and a single cooling row.
With data collected by development partners and race teams, CSF was able to design the ideal High-Performance replacement. The CSF radiator features the latest 5mm fin technology. These fins significantly increase the heat exchange surface area improving overall cooling efficiency and recovery while still maintaining good airflow. The core is much larger than the factory featuring 2-Row 42mm aluminum core. This both increases the fluid capacity of the radiator, and improves the cores ability to dissipate heat. CSF's Exclusive B-Tube Technology increases the heat transfer by approximately 15% over regular oval welded tubes. In addition, the super-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the core for the best possible performance.

The TIG-Welded 100% All Aluminum construction increases the overall strength of the radiator. This improves durability and longevity so you can be confident it will hold up to hard driving conditions. The right side tank includes a pre-plugged 1/8th NPT temperature sensor port for those looking for more accurate coolant temperature readings. Pre-installed foam strips on top and bottom end plates improve sealing for better airflow over the radiator. The CSF radiator mounts in the factory location and requires no modifications or cutting.
Intercooler Clearance
The CSF x Jackson Racing Intercooler and some other aftermarket intercoolers utilize piping/hoses that are larger in diameter than the factory units. These larger intercooler pipes may have clearance issues with other aftermarket radiators. CSF carefully designed the end tanks on the #7233 with additional clearance for the CSF x Jackson Racing Intercooler while maintaining optimal volume and flow.
GR Corolla & GR Yaris Cross Compatibility
The engineering team at CSF spent extra time developing a radiator that could fit both the GR Corolla and GR Yaris. The factory radiator are very similar, but not interchangeable. This cross compatibility is a huge advantage for Dealers and Distributors as they only have to stock one part for both applications.
