Design & Engineering

The LIMIT+1 Package combines all the necessary parts for making more power on your GR Corolla. Each part of the package removes restrictions, optimizes air flow, and allows for tuning on a variety of fuel options. Each tune is custom tailored to your vehicle.

CSF x Jackson Racing Toyota GR Corolla Stepped-Core Intercooler (#8285/8285B)

CSF teamed up with Jackson Racing to offer the most advanced and efficient intercooler on the market for the GR Corolla and GR Yaris. Moto IQ conducted their independent testing on the intercooler and said it was "The BEST Performing Intercooler We've Ever Tested". Available in Black (8285B) for a stealthy performance look and Silver (8285) for a more OEM look or to just show a bit more through the grille.

Stepped Core

The stepped core design increases the overall volume of the intercooler core by 45% and the surface area by 73%. The step core allows for maximum surface area and volume but utilizing all the available space without requiring the bumper or any core supports to be modified or cut. The tanks were carefully engineered to optimize flow through the lower and upper cores resulting in incredible smooth and even flow with maximum heat transfer.

Hoses, Clamps, & Inlet/Outlet

Each Intercooler kit includes motorsport grade hoses and clamps designed specifically to hold up to high boost. High grade 5-ply silicone construction makes the hoses incredibly strong and have a matte black finish for a more stealthy performance look. The clamps are a unique new design that incorporates a bead lock system to help hold up to extremely high boost.

These hoses step up from the factory 1.85in (47mm) diameter to a larger 2.5in (63.5mm) diameter to match the Intercoolers large inlet and outlet. They connect to the factory charge pipes but can be replaced down the line if you want to upgrade your turbo, charge pipes, etc.

Ecutek Phone Flash Custom Tuning

The EcuTek Bluetooth Dongle and ECU Licensing allows LIMIT+1 x Boosted Performance Tuning to do a custom tuning calibration for your specific setup of modifications. The tuning also includes full RaceROM features:

Eventuri GR Corolla Carbon Intake System

The GR Corolla Intake has been developed through extensive data logging of temperatures, flow rates and dyno testing. Since this is a turbocharged engine, heat and volume were the main considerations during development. This intake system has been developed to offer the highest possible flow rate whilst maintaining the lowest intake temperatures possible. Each component has been designed to provide the turbo with a smooth and free flowing path. By ensuring a sealed system we have improved on the IAT's of the OEM airbox whilst at the same time increasing the internal volume to reduce the pressure drop and therefore reduce pumping losses of the turbo. In doing so the turbo is able to operate more efficiently and therefore reaches peak boost sooner to produce a net performance gain.

The filter itself has an outer diameter of 210mm or 8.3" with a filtration surface area of over 130,000mm^2. The patented Venturi housing has been designed to provide the maximum internal volume possible for the GR Corolla and provides laminar flow to the turbo tube.

The LIMIT+1 High Flow Downpipe + Midpipe for the 2023+ Toyota GR Corolla is designed for enthusiasts looking to improve exhaust flow while maintaining reliability and drivability. Recognizing the differences between manual and automatic models, LIMIT+1 have developed dedicated versions for each application to ensure proper fitment and performance.

Each downpipe is hand built in-house at the LIMIT+1 facility in Crystal Lake, IL using premium 304 stainless steel and precision CNC-machined flanges for exceptional fitment, strength, and long-term durability.

Featuring a genuine GESi G-Sport 400-cell high-flow catalytic converter, the LIMIT+1 Downpipe + Midpipe provides improved exhaust flow and supports increased performance, with the greatest gains achieved through proper ECU tuning. Reduced back pressure helps alleviate any potential for valve float. Careful design and extensive testing ensure reliable operation while maintaining emissions compliance.

Every unit is individually fabricated, fully welded, and test fitted before leaving the LIMIT+1 facility to ensure consistent fitment, exceptional quality, and long-term reliability.

Optional LIMIT+1 x Delicious Tuning GR Corolla Flex Fuel Kit

LIMIT+1 x Delicious Tuning: CAN FlexFuel Kit for EcuTek takes all the guess work out of determining what the ethanol/gasoline (petrol) ratio is in your vehicle. Our FlexFuel system determines the content ratio between gasoline and ethanol content in the fuel. It then sends a signal to the ECU which dynamically computes the correct air/fuel ratios, ignition timing values, boost levels, cam angles, traction control and more based on the ethanol content.

CANBus Integration: The CAN Flex Fuel Kit communicates over the vehicle's CANBus network, because of that, no sensors are removed from the vehicle, no codes are disabled or altered, and the installation is 100% plug-n-play.
