The Rampage RS-1600 Race Intercooler starts with the very high quality and efficient core from CSF Radiators, and is paired with our new Billet 6061 end tanks that are 5-axis CNC machined for the ultimate finish and fitment. These intercoolers have been tested and verified for function on cars producing upwards of 1500whp.
The intercooler comes complete with mounting tabs on the top and sides so installation is a breeze once the factory composite structure is trimmed to clear a race intercooler. Intercooler core dimensions: 22" x 14" x 4.5" core.
The RS-1600 intercooler is available either as a single item or with one of our two piping kit options.
OEM Pipe Adapter Kit - Includes aluminum charge pipes that are designed to work with the OEM piping kit, or any aftermarket street intercooler piping kit.
Race Piping Kit - Includes powder coated aluminum charge pipes that are made in house, and designed to fit Tial 50mm blow off valves or TurboSmart RacePorts (female). The upper charge piping is constructed from 3" mandrel bent tubing, and the lower 1-piece piping is 2.75" diameter.
