Design & Engineering
An upgraded radiator helps eliminate the concern of overheating. This advanced design features larger 2-Row, 42mm aluminum cores which increases the fluid capacity of the radiator and greatly improves heat dissipation. CSF's Exclusive B-Tube Technology increases the heat transfer by approximately 15% over regular oval welded tubes. In addition, the ultra-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the core for the best possible performance. The result is a dramatic temperature reduction under all driving conditions.

CSF vs OEM
The 13th/14th Gen F-150s / 2nd Gen Raptors received what many would consider an undersized radiator. This was the first generation to offer the new EcoBoost motors and there were some kinks to work out. The extra heat from the turbo charged engines definitely put more pressure on the factory cooling system.
While some owners never pushed their rigs hard enough to notice, those who did quickly found the factory system lacking. The CSF transmission oil cooler eliminates the concern of overheating. The advanced design features CSF's proprietary AC Condenser Technology, utilizing a 1-Row Super-High Pressure 32mm 10-Channel Microtube architecture that maximizes both oil flow and cooling surface area. The result is dramatic temperature reduction under all driving conditions.
