Job Description:

CSF Cooling is seeking talent to continue to elevate us an industry leader. We are seeking a qualified Purchasing Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate in this role appreciates and enjoys working with data who is a detail-oriented individual.

The candidate should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask and be a strong communicator, both on paper and over the phone, as he or she will frequently deal with all levels of personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing accurate and on time delivery of purchase orders from vendors
• Accountable for follow-up with suppliers regarding purchase order deliveries, and expediting as required
• Responsible for maintaining order management data integrity by updating delivery dates
• Maintain buying master data relating to price, lead-time and ordering parameters
• Works directly with Sr. Management on inventory and forecast planning

Experience, Skills, and Competencies Required:

• Candidate should be extremely analytical and detailed-oriented
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, plan and execute and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to quickly adapt to a rapidly changing work environment
• Team oriented, strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment and to multiple deadlines
• Ability and willingness to work on process improvements projects related to the purchasing function
• Must have strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications primarily Excel

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a purchasing/procurement role
• Prior experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment, a plus
• High School / GED Required
• AA in business, supply chain or other relevant fields preferred
