SEMA show is the Mecca for auto enthusiasts and hosts the hottest builds every year. From EV swaps to Custom Off-Road rigs, CSF keeps them all cool.
Euro SEMA Builds
Evolve Automotive BMW P65 powered 1m
Evolve took what was already an incredible build and turned it up a notch. Removing the previously swapped S65 and replacing it with the racing variant, the P65. The P65 comes from the BMW Z4 GT3 and is a BMW Race Motor that is stroked out to 4.4L and revs to 9k rpm. This monster V8 pumps out 520hp and sounds otherworldly.
Race engines run pretty hot, so naturally Evolve turned to CSF for the ultimate cooling solution. This 1M features the full CSF E9X M3 Cooling Suite to handle the heat.

Kinetic Autoworks G82 M4
If you haven’t seen the JDM inspired M4 from Kinetic, you’re in for a treat. The team at Kinetic Autoworks are huge JDM fans and have built some heavy hitters over the years. With their success with the A90 platform, they decided to dive into the BMW world and their G82 does not disappoint.

Drvnmind BMW G87 M2 Widebody
Daniel Song is no stranger to SEMA builds dropping some of the wildest builds last year. He did not disappoint this year either bringing out this gorgeous Widebody G87 M2.
Daniel has been running CSF on all of his builds for the last two years and the G87 is no exception. This build features the full G8X/S58 Cooling Suite just like his G82 M2 from last year.
Supertech BMW E46 M3
Supertech Performance is one of the premier manufacturers of engine valve train components and involved with every branch of competitive motorsports. Their E46 M3 isn’t your typical SEMA build. This is a fully built and stripped down racecar and Cooled by CSF.
Cam Cocalles BMW E30
Cameron Cocalis doesn’t do subtle builds and this E30 is just outrageous. This E30 was built on a full tube chassis running Corvette suspension all around. The car is powered by a Texas Speed LS 427 with ITBs and running a CSF R1 Triple Pass radiator in the back. Cam setup the cooling to run like a trophy truck setup letting the air flow down through the cabin and out the back of the car. This car was pristine and truly stood out even at the Toyo Treadpass.

Bisimoto Porsche 935 Twin Turbo
Bisi is well known for his Porsche builds and this 935 is one of his finest examples. The immaculate attention to details is one of the things that sets Bisimoto builds apart from the ranks of Porsche builders. Bisi started out with a 1983 widebody turbo and worked his magic to transform it into this stunning 935/77A Tribute.

The twin-turbo flat-6 on this relies on CSF Oil Coolers to keep the heat in check. You can even see the CSF #8201 peaking through the front grill.

Bisimoto Porsche 935 Moby X EV
Back in 2021, Bisi shocked the automotive world when he announced the Moby X project. The ambitious project was an EV Tribute to the original Le Mans prepped 935 Moby Dick. The Moby X is a near perfect replica with some modern tweaks. Built on 1979 911 chassis, this is one of Bisi’s most ambitious collaborations teaming up with Errolsen Hugh (Acronym), Rod Chong, and Artist Raf Rennie.

The Moby X is running two CSF #7053 high-performance radiators (originally designed for 996/997 GT2 & GT3 Porsches). One radiator is dedicated to cooling the electric motor while the other is setup for battery thermal management. Needless to say, this is one of the wilder EV builds out there.
E-Motion Engineering Porsche GT3 RS
This Miami Blue GT3 RS has been converted to the full GT3R aero package including the exclusive E-Motion Engineering x CSF x Son of Cobra center radiator conversion. It’s a subtle build, but if you know, you know.

Bisimoto Rolls Royce Silver Shadow EV
This Rolls Royce was Bisi’s first foray into English luxury performance. It is fully electric making 620hp and riding on air suspension. EV’s require a good amount of cooling and Bisi setup separate cooling loops with two CSF heat exchangers. One for cooling the 66kwh of batteries and the other for the motor/inverter setup.

JDM SEMA Builds
Rywire AWD EV Civic EK Hatch & EV Civic EG Hatch
As a long time friend and R&D partner of CSF, Ryan Basseri has built a lot of Cooled by CSF cars. However, this Civic is definitely the most controversial and coolest. Ryan was inspired by Von Gittin Jr’s AWD Mustang Mach E after getting a ride in it after SEMA last year. He wanted that same performance but with this own twist.
Photographer: @_crvn_
Rywire’s AWD system uses dual Tesla Model S drive units and an 85KW battery pack. There wasn’t time to do any official testing before SEMA Show, we’ll be learning a lot more about what this car can do soon.
Rywire’s second build featured at SEMA could be found in the Toyo Tires Treadpass. Ryan had gotten so much interest in an EV swap from the EK project that he decided to build a second car and prototype a bolt-in swap kit. This kit features a single Tesla Drive Unit with Rywire wiring harness and supporting components (like CSF Coolers) for a direct bolt-in kit. Ryan said he plans on releasing the kit some time in 2025.
Attacking the Clock Racing Gallo 12 Celica
Shawn Bassett has had countless memorable SEMA builds. This year’s might take the cake though. A 1st gen Celica is already a pretty rare platform for a SEMA build. Drop a Cooled by CSF 10,000 RPM 1GZ-FE V12 with ITBs in it and you’ve got a true one of kind car. Pictures are worth 1000 words, so enjoy.

Throtl R34 GT-R – 2 Fast 2 Furious tribute
Throtl doesn’t need an introduction. Their R34 Build for SEMA this year was a great tribute to Paul Walker and his Skyline in 2 Fast 2 Furious. The team used nothing but the best quality parts including a CSF x TopRank Billet Radiator and CSF Oil Cooler.

Genesis 1 Auto Concepts A90 Supra
This is probably the most unique Supra builds we’ve seen in a while. Genesis 1 Auto Concepts set out to build a tribute to the original FT-1 Concept car from Toyota. They dubbed this project the 1 of 1 “HYPERION FT-1 CONCEPT” and they knocked it out of the park. The color selection and careful use of carbon and titanium just really set this build apart.

Georjah Erin‘s “TOFU” Toyota Pickup Lowrider
Not your typical Lowrider, this 89 Toyota Pickup is the creation of Lowrider model turned builder Georjah Erin Silva. Every bit of this truck has been customized and the attention to detail is on a level we have never seen. This is CSF’s first experience working with a lowrider build and we were blown away by the level of detailed work Georjah put into her build.
Kinetic Autoworks A90 Supra
Kinetic has been building Supras using CSF parts for years. Something that sets Kinetic apart is their approach to the customer. Their goal is bring you an experience that feels like family and you can feel the passion in each of their builds.
pikachupcar S30 DevilZ
CSF has worked with John Lau (aka @pikachupcar) on several builds over the years. Many people know him for his stunning widebody F87 M2 that went viral last year. We love John’s builds because he goes the extra mile to set them apart.

Group N Garage L15 Swapped DC2 Integra
The K-Swap may be dead after this DC2 makes it rounds on the internet. Group N Garage has been doing these smog legal L15 swaps into older Honda and Acura chassis and it just seems like the perfect pair. Factory Turbo, CARB Legal Tuning from Hondata, and Cooled by CSF.
Genesis 1 Auto Concepts Rugg’d Spec Lexus GX470
Genesis 1 Auto Concepts really wanted to show they can do anything, bringing out their off-roading rig for SEMA in addition to the A90 Supra and Evo IX Wagon. This GX470 is decked out in every imaginable off-road accessory including the CSF Heavy-Duty Radiator.
Honorable Mentions
There were so many great Cooled by CSF builds at SEMA this year we didn’t have enough time to really get a close look at all of them. But we did grab some photos and wanted to mention them and are glad they are part of the CSF family.
